How do I got about Returning an order?

You have 30 days to return an item from the date you ordered it.
Made-to-Order products cannot be cancelled, returned or exchanged after order is placed. (These are clearly marked as such in their product description)
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Contact us prior to sending back your item so that we can issue you a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization)
